Patrick Cox

Patrick joined the firm in March 2022 as a trainee solicitor and qualified with the firm in March 2024.

Patrick is a solicitor who acts on a variety of matters, including financing of assets, incorporation of businesses, corporate reorganisations and asset and share purchases and disposals. Patrick works with a range of clients, including borrowers, property owners and hoteliers.

Patrick studied Law at the University of York before completing the LLM Legal Practice (Solicitors) course (a combined LPC and Masters in Law) at BPP University, Holborn.

Whilst studying at BPP, Patrick worked as a paralegal in the real estate department of a regional firm in Kent and then as a knowledge management paralegal in the real estate department of an international firm in London. Having graduated from BPP, Patrick gained experience in the construction industry, working as a paralegal in the construction department of two London-based firms, before joining Underwood & Co.
