Alex Shah

Alex qualified as a solicitor in September 2019 after gaining several years of experience in the private client sector. He advises individuals and families of all levels of wealth in connection with will planning, trust creation and administration, and estate planning in the round. He is keen to work with clients at the beginning of the wealth creation journeys, as well as those who are more traditionally the focus of succession planning services.

Alex has a technical understanding of, and practical approach to, Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax insofar as they affect his work. His clients have often commented on his ability to explain tax issues, through calculations, in a manner they find easy to comprehend.

As well as succession planning, Alex has a wealth of experience with Probate and estate administration. He has assisted clients with matters ranging from straightforward to complex, including cross-border elements, and bespoke Probate applications.
