Toby Dean

Toby is a trainee solicitor who joined the firm in April 2024 and is currently working within the Property Department, where he acts on a variety of commercial and residential property transactions. He has a keen interest in Property, Commercial and Employment law matters.

Toby studied Geography at Loughborough University before completing his GDL and LPC with Masters in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law Moorgate Campus in 2022.

Since completing his Masters, Toby has worked as a Paralegal within the Property department at Lewisham Council advising on lease extensions under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 and right to buy matters.
