Dilan Emek

Dilan is a Solicitor in the Commercial Property team and joined Underwood & Co. in September 2026.

She has experience acting for landlords, tenants, investors, and developers on acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, and asset management matters. Dilan also has particular experience in the electric vehicle charging sector, having worked on property matters relating to the rollout of charging sites across the UK.

Dilan completed her LLB and LLM at the University of Sussex before completing the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. She qualified as a solicitor in 2021.
